Teaching Business English 5-day
Usually Business English students already have the basic business skills of negotiating, giving presentations etc in their own language, but it may be that the BE teacher does not!
This course helps arm your teachers with the required skills.
Topics include:(Introductions), Communications, Intercultural awareness, Etiquette. Needs analysis & Planning, Syllabus content, Writing (letters, emails, Agendas, Minutes, Reports, etc) Outing: Chamber of Commerce and/or Stock Exchange and /or Central Bank – survey or other activity. Speaking: Telephoning, Presentations, Negotiations, Interviews. Materials & resources; vocabulary, jargon & idioms; role-play; a practical: presentation or negotiation, or a short lesson (students to be advised on Monday to start thinking & preparing for this).

Course are subject to a minimum of 8 persons. If you are a group of 8 or more persons then courses can be run on any dates for your group.

All courses require a one-off €100 registration fee per trainee and includes: Course resources • WiFi on school premises • Europass Mobility Certificate • Alpha School CEFR Certificate of Attendance • Free full day activity • Free entrance ticket to the Malta National Aquarium. Please note we require a minimum of 6 participants to hold any course. Please check with us first that we have the minimum number of participants for your desired dates. We can also hold any of our Teacher Training courses on request outside of the dates in our published calendar for closed groups.
