Payment options
Your booking will not be processed until you make a deposit payment. Kindly send us the deposit payment per student, and as soon as we receive it, we will send your invoice and assessment test.
Your booking is not finalised until we have received full payment. The balance on your invoice should be paid in full at least 30 days before your arrival in Malta. When we have received full payment we will send you a letter of confirmation including details about your airport transfer, accommodation and first day of school.
Option 1: Pay by Flywire (Bank transfer, Credit card and other options if available in your country)
This is our preferred payment method. Please note that you are responsible for any transaction charges (will be added to your final invoice if applicable). If you received a booking ID by email include this in your reference along with your full name.
Why pay through Flywire? Eliminate hidden bank fees – ensure that Alpha School receives the correct amount. Save on exchange rates – in most cases you can make a payment in your home currency. Flywire will process the currency exchange – offering you wholesale exchange rates, unmatched by traditional banks.
Option 1: Pay by PayPal / Credit card
You can make a direct payment to Alpha School using PayPal. Please note that you are responsible for all PayPal transaction charges (currently 3.88% to 5.25%) and these will be added to your final invoice. Alternatively you can also calculate these charges yourself and add them to your PayPal payment. If you received a booking ID by email include this in your reference along with your full name.

Option 3: Pay by direct Bank transfer
You can make a direct payment to Alpha School by direct bank transfer.
Please note that you are responsible for all bank charges. If bank charges are not paid in full they will be added to your final invoice.

Option 4: Pay by Revolut transfer
You can make a direct payment to Alpha School by Revolut transfer.
Please note that you are responsible for all charges. So make sure Alpha School receives the full amount invoiced. If bank charges are not paid in full they will be added to your final invoice.
