European Project – Peer Observation

Our School Director & Director of Studies have just returned from an international meeting in Chrudim where they met with our project partners from the Czech Republic and Italy and launched our Erasmus+ funded project "Peer Observation in Language Teaching".

The aim of the project is to develop and launch a system of peer observation for the development of language teachers. Alpha School teachers will now have the opportunity to visit colleagues in Rome & Chrudim, observe lessons and give feedback. Meanwhile we look forward to reciprocating and welcoming overseas colleagues to Alpha School.

During this meeting we planned a timeline for the 2 year project, agreed on roles and responsibilities, established criteria for selection of participants and began work on the first part of the project – creating a guide and questionnaire for participating teachers.
