Leadership is a crucial component of success for any professional in today's fast-paced and dynamic business environment. This exciting new course aims to equip professionals with the knowledge, skills, and strategies they need to lead with impact and drive positive change within their organizations.
Through a blend of interactive lectures, case studies, and experiential learning activities, participants will explore key concepts such as leadership styles, effective communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, and team building. They will also have the opportunity to develop and refine their own leadership skills through a series of practical exercises and assessments.
Throughout the course, participants will engage with real-world examples of leadership in action, drawing inspiration and insights from successful leaders across a range of industries and contexts. They will also have the opportunity to network with other professionals, share experiences, and learn from one another.
By the end of the course, participants will have gained a deeper understanding of what it takes to be an effective leader in today's complex and ever-changing business landscape. They will have developed a range of practical tools and techniques for leading with impact, and will be better equipped to drive positive change within their organizations and beyond.

Course are subject to a minimum of 8 persons. If you are a group of 8 or more persons then courses can be run on any dates for your group.

All courses require a one-off €100 registration fee per trainee and include: Course resources • WiFi on school premises • Europass Mobility Certificate • Alpha School CEFR Certificate of Attendance • One offsite training day per week (including entrance ticket to one attraction. This extra fee will be added to your final invoice.

Please note we require a minimum of 6 participants to hold any course. Please check with us first that we have the minimum number of participants for your desired dates. We can also hold any of our Teacher Training courses on request outside of the dates in our published calendar for closed groups.
